Analytics Web App
A Metricool-style analytics command center, custom-built for an agency — every client, platform, and metric in one calm, branded dashboard.
Groclub was drowning in spreadsheet exports. They needed reporting that felt less like a data dump and more like an agency command center — so I built one.
Design and build of a custom social-media analytics platform: agency-wide reporting, per-client tracking, connected-account visibility, and the metrics that actually drive decisions — reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign movement.
Social numbers were scattered across a dozen native dashboards. The team needed one place to answer "what’s growing, what’s slipping, and which client needs me today?" — fast, without hunting.
I designed the whole thing around how an agency actually works: pick a client, scan the headline numbers, drill into reach and engagement, compare platforms, and immediately see which accounts need attention. Every screen earns its place.
Groclub got a polished reporting product with a clean analytics hierarchy, sharper client visibility, and a far stronger foundation for the conversations that keep clients around.
Reflection
An agency doesn’t need every metric — it needs the few that drive the next decision, surfaced without digging. Cutting noise was the real design work.
Turning raw numbers into a calm, branded interface changed how the team talked to clients, not just how they reported. The UI became part of the pitch.
Building around the real workflow — pick a client, scan the headline, drill in — made adoption effortless. People used it because it matched how they already think.
