The Challenge & Process
The challenge
Leads land in wildly different formats. The system had to actually understand each message — availability, tour request, application link, agent hand-off — not just match keywords, and never fire the wrong reply.
The process
AI agents read the intent behind each message, then trigger the right path: parse the details, check listing context, label the Gmail thread, draft or send a reply, and log a clean record. Fallback routes and error workflows catch anything that needs a human.
A practical automation system that slashes inbox work, speeds up response time, and keeps lead data organised and reliable across every rental platform.

Understanding beats matching
AI that reads intent handles messy, multi-platform inbound far better than keyword rules ever could.
Speed is the whole game
In rentals, the first good reply often wins the tenant. Shaving minutes off response time is worth more than any clever feature.
Build the safety net first
Fallback routes and error workflows are what make an autonomous system trustworthy enough to actually leave running.
